Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla flavoring
11/2 to 3 cups of sugar or sugar substitute
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
3 pie shells
Directions:
Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until done. Add potatoes and mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
