Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
2 pound bag of frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 16 ounce sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
