Onion Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy brand corn bread mix
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
2 large onions (Vidalia are best)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
1 can creamed corn
Directions:
Mix corn bread mix, milk, egg, and oil and spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Steam the 2 large onions. Add in the sour cream, margarine, and corn. Mix and pour over the corn bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
